A judge presiding over the prosecution of Logan Clegg, who was convicted in 2023 of double murder, ruled on Friday that key evidence was admissible at trial even though it was derived from a cellphone location ping that the New Hampshire Supreme Court deemed unconstitutional.

The defense had argued certain evidence should have been suppressed at trial. The judge ruled that’s not necessary, partly due to police having operated in “good faith.”
