A man who allegedly dragged a police officer in Lawrence for two blocks after driving away from a traffic stop Tuesday made a disruptive court appearance in New Hampshire on Thursday, according to published reports.
The man, clad in an orange jail jumpsuit, initially refused to participate in the proceedings, prompting jail officials to move the camera into his cell.
