We are THOSE neighbors. Sorry, not sorry. They will all go through this themselves soon, when their water mains burst. Ours had at least 4 leaks, and it's not the oldest in the neighborhood! We just fixed it BEFORE it was a big problem, not after the full blown crisis occurred.
