🕑 - Waiting time: The median time from referral to diagnosis increased from 5 days to 137 days since the 2023 spotlight audit, despite low staff vacancy rates.
👥 - Demand: Around 2 referrals were made for every 1,000 people within the catchment population.
📊 - Variation in provision and model: There was great variation in staffing numbers and roles, and in services provision, with 23% of services not providing Cognitive Stimulation Therapy after diagnosis.

👨⚕️ - Staffing and joint working: Overall clinical vacancy rates are low. More than half of services reported joint working with neurology and geriatric medicine to support the diagnostic process.
