Had to rescue this little guy from my window well this evening.
It got all dark out suddenly and now the cat is totally convinced we forgot to give her dinner.
I hope they have a similar change of heart on the AI policy that entirely fails to consider environmental impacts.
The problem with AI is that right now there are no meaningful ethical guardrails. Or environmental guardrails, for that matter. We're just in a 'go fast and break stuff' mode.

The government wasted a lot of capital by moving too fast so it's nice to see a bit of slow down, but realistically until they roll back some of the changes, they've still gone too far.
