I don't even know how to explain just how excruciating it is. I'm in so much pain. If you don't have it, Congrats. Seriously. Congrats. Don't traumatize your kids, or they'll be like me. It's so intense.. I stop thinking. just act on impulse. ANYTHING to make it stop. No matter how destructive.

Brain's tormenting me. just want it to stop. BPD means feeling every emotion 10x stronger than healthy people. My brain is LITERALLY broken. Feeling nothing. And then everything. Within 1 hour. It's. Literal. Torture. I just want someone to tell me everything will be okay. Count your blessings.

And the worst part is that it can't be fixed with meds. No wonder 70 percent of BPD folks attempt at least once, around 10 percent commit successfully. That's how bad it is. No wonder self-harm and alcoholism is so common among us. What choice do we have. Nobody can survive like this.
