We’re calling on the Government to publish the long-overdue Defence Investment Plan & introduce defence bonds to raise £20bn. Leaks regarding plans to reduce spending commitments send completely the wrong signal at a time when Britain must show leadership.

It was wonderful to take my family to the Dano Festival celebrations in Beverley Park yesterday & meet so many members of the community. Thank you to the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council & the Association of North Korean Residents in the UK for hosting.

It was wonderful to attend the opening of the new MUGA on Green Lane, New Malden, with RBK colleagues. It was inspiring to meet the youth leaders at Future Rising Foundation, who are doing brilliant work supporting young people across Kingston through basketball.

This Carers Week, it was wonderful to celebrate White House Care Home achieving an Outstanding rating in its recent CQC report. A lovely atmosphere, with caring, professional staff & volunteers clearly adored by residents. Truly well deserved.
