Now there is a real kitchen and new management. But the bocce is still downstairs and the bathrooms are still ice cold in winter.
So, I wonder about the magazines choices is all I’m saying. :)
I spent my early 20’s dancing four nights a week there. I loved a band called the Tim Malloys and I went every night they played. It was not good for my employment but I was happy dancing. People in the basement playing bocce would complain about us knocking dust on them.

I just set an appointment with someone I super admire next Wednesday. I am so excited. Go disability advocates!
I love me some nuclear block action. The ability to see someone’s account info and Nope out of their universe is excellent.
There was a guy who made “tacos” on Tuesdays for 2$. They had lots of ground beef and toppings and little flavor. But who is picky when all money is spent on the drinks?
I am filled with thoughts. When I was younger my mom lived at the end of the block from the Half Time. We would go to use their phone when the power went out.
I remember the door man who was short and dangerous. I saw him pick up a guy and slam him into the brick wall outside. It was impressive. Thank goodness I was never on the wrong side of that.
My whole family was known there eventually. My dad worked at the bank two blocks away they banked at. My sister and I would stop in after putting up with our folks when we got older.
