This Sunday was the deadline for EU countries to turn the Pay Transparency Directive into national law. Only 3 out of 27 member states made it. Pay transparency can't wait. EU countries should transpose the Directive now! Read @etuc-ces.bsky.social 's analysis: www.etuc.org/en/pressrele...
