I have been thinking about the prompts left in AI novels and the extra fingers in AI art and what it says about their "creators." Non-writers think writing is all about the epiphany when it is actually about editing and rewriting. Non-artists don't know that art begins with observation.
In seriousness, I am damn sick of all these outright Nazis feeling comfortable just walking around with their hoods off all the time.
🧵 The students are right to be confused. So are the professors, who are being told by presidents & chancellors that AI is the most important thing at the university & the teaching center tells us students should do things like illegally record our lectures & use those recordings to make AI notes.
