I see Ford have entered his Kathleen Wynne period
….there ARE worse sports owners than Rogers….
A sub genre of the public washroom beat
This is very good and detailed - share this with people who might not take a critical eye to the survey. Share it to your local list serves or FB groups where the airport is discussed. I've shared it in Davenport and said the MP (chair of the "Toronto Caucus") needs to answer for this.
Just like Solomon's AI survey, full of leading questions that asked how can we get more people to adopt AI (a marketing term) when most Canadians want far more oversight of this resource-intensive industry.
A very real possibility that in 2050 Toronto is still regulating apartment buildings to death, while the federal government has torn up the rulebook to allow a useless project that serves the interests of JP Morgan Asset Management and blights the city forever.
A core message from Toronto Liberal MPs is they will insist Toronto be consulted and their first attempt at it is a sham. This whole thing is such a mess. If they're burning inside about this it's time to speak out regardless of PMO blowback. Choose between the PMO or your constituents.
