🩸 and 🧠 communication!
Check it out.
Journal of Cell Biology
In this beautifully illustrated review, Carmen Ruiz de Almodóvar et al discuss the relationship between the vasculature network and neurogenesis in the subventricular zone (SVZ) and the subgranular zone (SGZ). It turns out that this is a 2-way communication interaction.

DySTrack is officially published!:
doi.org/10.1242/jcs....
If anyone is keen on using it feel free to reach out as we are more than happy to help and demo if need be!
In their Cell Science at a Glance article and the accompanying poster, @ritoghose.bsky.social and @vickysanzmoreno.bsky.social @icr.ac.uk discuss the defining features of amoeboid cancer cells and highlight their therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Ahhh nothing makes me happier than finding out your trial experiment works. It's worth my time waking up early today. My photo-conversion 🟢->🔴 tagged protein construct works. I'm so happy!!

I found this really pretty 🐸 macrophage. Looks like it has 2 leading edge trying to move in the opposite directions but one is stronger than the other so it got dragged along. It looks cool, nevertheless.

Interesting paper but unsure about the conclusion. Depleting macrophages and the birds unable to home, but how do they know this is specifically due to the loss of the magnetically sensitive iron versus the loss of macrophages-nerve cell interaction in general?
