1/ Okay, you're going to get yourself some Thermoplastic Mold Material, and you can find these at your basic craft story or even on Amazon. My favorite is Blue Stuff here.
Submerge in near boiling water and it will become a putty that you can make a mold of items with.
Such as Transformer tires.

Ugh I thought I was lucky… I removed all my figures with rubber wheels and Beachcomber is only one with paint residue on his wheels. I didn’t see who he was around, but it’s such a bright color, i dont think it’ll be terribly hard to find the affected fig. Just sucks. Thought we had a good thing.
