Lately, I feel like a complete failure as a fan of 2 of my top fandoms I'm in.
Pokemon fans act like going into new games with your old Pokemon is weird and wrong.
Also, I apparently don't know any of the Kirby characters characteristics or personalities.

Tapping the sign again now that we have Star Fox and OOT remakes.
Don't focus on the "they changed it, it's worse because it's different, it's not what I want".
Focus on what message and presentation the new version is trying/able to tell, and if it succeeds at that.

I'm of the opinion that no remake of a game can ever truly replace the original experience. Sure it *can* be better in subjective and objective ways, but the originals still exist and should be played
Often times people get angry at a remake for "changing" things, but I just take it as "two cakes"
