I have to focus on myself and on getting things done, my mind does not cooperate at times so it is a struggle.

Hope you guys don't mind if I vent now and then, in reality I am not doing okay, and I won't be okay for a while.
Yesterday I had two anxiety attacks, today the day was much more gentle.
I think I can now say that, I have been dealing with a breakup AND losing my grandmother. Awful timing.
