i had to take that chip post down after learning of the authorship dispute re: buffalo wings; i long took the story that it was invented by buffalo restauranteur Teresa Bellissimo as fact, but it was most likely cribbed from black chef and known Wing King of Buffalo, John Young. always search twice!
