I basically structured the comic like
Act 1: Stuffing from Normal -> Room-Filling
Act 2: Digestion -> Gaining Bunch-a Fat -> Obscene Hunger/Bloating
Act 3: Obscene Hunger -> Building Busting Level Stuffing -> Street Clearing Swollen -> Monolithic Mass
After this next page we're in Act 3 >:3
