So did I…and Clarence Thomas…along with every Black lawyer I know.
White people just think that means she is as otherwise underqualified.
They fundamentally misunderstand what “DEI” and affirmative action even are.

It blows my mind that Charlie Kirk, a community college dropout, calls Justice Brown Jackson a DEI hire.
She is more qualified than any other justice on the Supreme Court, and imminently more qualified to speak on anything over CK.
