i’m in a flare and struggling to put my book down for very long, so i’ve been stretching on the floor and reading.
we will probably do something light tonight. 🙂↕️

i’m definitely flaring today, but i am trying pushing myself instead of slowing down. so here we go~
day workout:
NHS warm ups
outward bicep curls (10>8>5)
tricep kickbacks (10>8>5)
bicep curls (10>8>5)

i was in a car for 4 1/2 hours and it was excruciating plus bad rls flare. i did stretching periodically throughout the day, so that will honestly have to do lol.

so today’s workout was taking a shower and immediately getting ready, a doctors appt, getting sammy more vaccines for immigration paperwork, and grocery shopping at walmart.
LOL if i rally tonight, it may be a very light yoga flow or jsut the NHS warm up

this morning sammy didn’t feel good, so this afternoon we’re doing our workout together instead of at two different times of the day.
workout:
NHS warmup
2 sets of deep squats (10>8)
2 20 sec squat holds
2 sets of lunges (10e)
3 sets of calf raises (10>8>5)

so we have decided to work out twice a day to give me ample time to recover and rest.
day workout:
NHS warmup for blood flow
3 sets of bicep curls (10>8>5)
3 sets of tricep kickbacks (10>8>5)
ending with light stretching and yoga to cool down
