3/4 #Bangladesh | Journalists Monjurul Alam Panna and Anis Alamgir face charges under the Anti-Terrorism Act with no evidence of violent acts. Panna was arrested after he himself called the police for protection while an armed group stormed an event he was moderating.

I want to remember all authorities (including local) in all States that "Failure to respect and ensure the right of peaceful assembly is typically a marker of repression" (GC37, art 2).
