Most coaches would keep playing their very good goalkeeper who carried them the past 3 years to a semifinal & World Cup qualification. Most coaches wouldn’t dump a goalkeeper like that. But that’s just the genius of Marcelo Bielsa.

To briefly weigh in on the Alexi Lalas issue. My problem is that he's just no fun. Fox seems to be living in the past of "edgy guys startin' conversations w/ edgy opinions" and it's just so boring. It's content-less. CBS showed us w/ their Champions League coverage that fun is better
