#churchyardflowers Hollyhocks in the grounds of St. Giles in the Fields, central London. The church once provided a large wooden bowl of ale for the condemned to sup on their way to the Tyburn Tree (gallows) to ease them on their journey into the next & hopefully more merciful life.
