I would like to share a huge Milestone here.
It's been 30 years since I was diagnosed with peanuts/tree nuts allergies and I never ate any single one of them.
But recently, an allergy test made it official that the tree nuts allergy was related to a single protein shared in pollen from trees
That being said, it is now official that my allergies to tree nuts aren't real!
And so, from the first time in 30 years, I have been eating something we call here Nutella, a hazelnut spread that we commonly put on bread or pancakes. I also tried the Ferrero Rocher chocolate! ðŸ˜ðŸ’š
