Its emissions will be between 20 - 37 MTCO2-e - somewhere between the total grid emissions of France -> Netherlands
As much GHGs as 9.5 average coal plants. Will raise US total emissions by 0.5%
4/I said this before, and I will say it again, Russ Vought relies on everyone complying to his weasel demands because administrative law is wonky, but this is a wild overreach.
1/If you read NPR’s article, the reporter failed to call anyone who is an expert on administrative law—I don’t know, someone who wrote a whole article on this exact topic, called Infrostructure, which is pinned to this page—and I would note be happy to note the rule’s many, many failings.

I just spent three days on the hill being told that even Republican members in Congress with sick children would not stand up for the science that would save their children’s lives and yours.
So no, these people are not your friend. They are not even a friend of their own blood.
