I’m probably only noticing this because I’m spending the summer writing legal memos, but that is EMBARRASSING writing for a DOJ attorney to be submitting with a motion. The grammar and punctuation are terrible. Even though most of this is pasted from the bylaws, the text around that part is so bad
I swear, he is editing the DOJ’s filings directly
“Without the name, ‘Trump’ on the building” Why is there a comma before “Trump” but not after??? Is his full name “Trump” on the building? Because that’s what it sounds like
