Day 5 of my plan. Been doing 2-3 miles a day since TFF. Keep under 1800 calories. Log them. Walk 2-3 miles a day. Figure out what to do with my hand weights. Day 5. 220 pounds. Goals: Get back to my lowest weight in forever 195 Then beyond. See if I can get in the 170s by TFF next year.
