sadly tcgs have been chudified to the max with exploitative print practices and outsiders profiting off anything they can, in the past I would spend most of my days on card stores having fun but on my first year of transitioning I stopped going because of how hostile it felt to be there

its so depressing to me seeing universes beyond mtg cards randomly pop online, feels like seeing the dead body of an old friend. I still remember when the mirrodin block released the new border and I was so sad, it eventually grew on me but its been years and I hate universes beyond even more
