At the hearing in the federal courthouse in St. Paul. Fifteen people were indicted on conspiracy charges etc. and are making their first appearances. The courtroom is full, with about 100 people. Five defendants came into the courtroom, a couple with fists raised, which some in crowd mirrored. (1)
