Breaking: In Philly's Ward 22 (Mt. Airy) Councilwoman Cindy Bass quickly ended the convening meeting on a voice vote. Later outside a scuffle erupted over a sign-in sheet. Some Bass opponents said they were unfairly denied access & told UR reporter sheet showed process was not honest. More to come

Philadelphia local Democratic Party ward meetings are later tonight - there will be a lot of ward leader leadership changes attempted as attendees convene (committee people who won their divisions in last month's primary)
