A real joy, yesterday, to go and visit St John's Chatham with DAC and diocesan reps.
It was a proper slice of encouragement, as we pick up tools for a similar sized project here at @allsaintsmaidstone.bsky.social, the civic church at the heart of Maidstone historic centre.

Grade 2 listed St. John's Church, Chatham, Kent which dates from 1820-21 designed by Sir Robert Smirke to reopen as a community hub after being empty for years. The church was a Waterloo church. š
