The Kennedy Center board has filed an emergency motion to stay at the DC Circuit and it is bonkity-bonkers.
For the first time, they say they amended the bylaws to strip all funding from the center if it removes Trump's name.

The "Trump Kennedy Center" acted like Trump himself; they outright ignored binding contracts, bullied subcontractors, and seem to have outright stolen millions of dollars that pursuant to a binding contract they were only managing for the benefit of the WNO.
Washington Nat'l Opera sues the Kennedy Center alleging that the Center STOLE the opera's endowment.
WNO had a longterm agreement where KC ran the opera's development back office, and in 2025 KC just ... stopped doing it and seized the funds.

BREAKING: DC Circuit DENIES the Trump administration's request for an immediate administrative stay in the Kennedy Center case.
The court also slow-walks the briefing on the request for a stay pending appeal through the end of June.

The lead counsel were barred from appearing in the district for two years
Fed. judge holds (1) that Trump's $100,000 H-1B visa fee is a tax; and (2) that Congress did not delegate this taxing power to the president.
Accordingly, the policy is vacated and a declaratory judgment issues.
