Bari Weiss was exactly like this on a smaller stage, as my editor when I wrote book reviews for the WSJ over a decade ago, constantly trying trying to inject her politics into my pieces, even post copy editing.
Charlottesville did this with a "white" elementary school & the "white" high school. Shut them down rather than admit a small number of Black children.
