There’s so much crazy stuff happening in the world that I don’t have the bandwidth for it. I’ve tuned out and to be honest the silence is nice. I can only control and influence what’s in my immediate area, rather than some event someplace else. And right now, I got a full plate.
Begging for help sucks, but I have zero alternatives here.

Thank God for extra strength Tylenol. Only thing that turns down the pain from my fractured left arm. Otherwise trying to sleep, do daily things sucks really bad.
