Solid 360 at RPE 6, first backdown felt felt strong but real sloppy, but after that things locked in. I’m trying to spend less time finding my groove before the attempt, you don’t get much time during a meet. It took me a good 40 seconds to find the groove in this set 😭, but we’re working on it!
