At this point, I genuinely believe the entire public is being actively gaslit by both the media, and Esther Ghey herself, into forgetting that Brianna Ghey was murdered, by people she knew from school, in real life, who were partly influenced by transphobia, fuelled by the media and politicians.

Yet more evidence that Microsoft’s intrusion into the videogame industry has been a net loss for the medium. Consume, carve, kill. That’s all this malignant company does.

The thing that makes Compulsion’s closure so rough is that there was a sense that they’d finally gotten to something durable even if the game itself was more niche in appeal. If you were an evil company, there was really something to build on there even if managed cynically.

I sincerely believe the Clair Obscur case was a genuine oversight and that now every idiot out there is pretending they had an oversight when they're caught using AI FOR THEIR KEY ART.

It's not news that Xbox seems to have no idea what it's doing in its big "reset," but talking about axing a studio it was praising just weeks ago for doing the very thing the company seems to claim it wants is... well, basically what we've come to expect
