I saw JAWS in its original release in the theaters. First time I ever threw my popcorn bc I was so startled & I was in the projectionist's booth at the time as it's where my BF was working. lol. The second time was seeing Alien in the same theater but in a regular seat.
At Alliance for a Better Utah, Elizabeth Hutchings told me she was more confused than anything.
"I grew up watching Shark Tank with my dad occasionally, and I was like why is this guy talking about us?" she said.
She also said that they had not received any funding from Chinese sources...

Made me snort laugh
He claimed that a non-profit called Alliance for a Better Utah and a Democratic consultancy known as Elevate Strategies were both Chinese cells.
So I called them....
The idea really seems to have picked up in the past few months. A lot of that is down to a man with a plan: Kevin O'Leary, aka. Mr. Wonderful.
The "Shark Tank" investor is also betting big on a giant data center out in Utah known as Stratos. It was set to be twice the size of Manhattan.

(TL;DR There's not a lot of evidence to support the idea)

The project sailed through the Utah permitting process, until residents started to take notice and get angry about it. As opposition built, O'Leary announced he had uncovered several Chinese "cells" operating in the state.
