Not being given the necessary info to do my job to the best of its ability but then getting pulled up for it later, I’m just feeling a little deflated.
Like, it’s nice to be the manager and the experience is good but none of our card machines work so I use my own phone to manually take payments every shift, I ask for things to be done by both my staff and the owner (which ultimately get ignored) and feel like I am constantly on call.
