Nintendo's decisions are inscrutable. Just a trail of the most bizarre, unpredictable, weird little choices ever. And yet they're consistently the healthiest console platform. Wild.
It's strange to experience these episodes for the first time on screen, after having read the books. It's also really strange that TV shows used to get novelisations of episodes. Does that even happen anymore? Could it happen anymore? What a strange phenomenon in hindsight.
Nintendo announced that a Touhou 6 remake is getting a global Switch release. They announced this in yesterday's Direct. The Japanese Direct. Only the Japanese Direct. It wasn't in any other global Direct. Nintendo gonna Nintendo!

I've been watching The X-Files for the sort-of first time. I was too young to catch the earliest seasons, but I saw some of the later seasons. My main entry into the series, however, were the novelisations of the early episodes. I read a whole bunch of those.
