Made it to 100 Mile, had a Peaches & Cream beer for dinner at Cask & Cleaver. It was actually really good, you know, to someone who likes sweet creamy beer once a year. 🤣
Apparently it’s going to rain for the next few days, so I’m eating dinner outside, albeit under a big grey cloud…

Maggie’s memorial is at the Old Burying Ground (Quadra St.), along with other sailors from the Sutlej who were lost at sea in South America.

It’s Indigenous History Month! Remember to give extra love to your Indigenous friends/colleagues who are taking on extra work this month. Whether providing additional education or feeling more “on display,” the burden of emotional, mental and intellectual labour gets more skewed in June. ❤️💪🏼
