I don't see people coming out & knocking on doors for a general election right now, I really don't. Sure some of us who feel personal loyalty to our MPs will, but mobilising a proper activist base to win an election right now is going to be impossible. We're tired, we're angry, & we're fed up.

We busted a gut trying to keep every council seat for Labour in the face of hatred of & anger towards Keir, only for Streeting & Burnham to start another whole mess while we're still recovering. And now Burnham is making stupid, undeliverable, unfunded promises based in no coherent program.
We know by now that nobody is going to start treating abuse of women seriously for the sake of the women, but maybe they might for the sake of the state's monopoly on violence?
