I found where they're coming in and wiped down the hole and walls with cinnamon oil. The borax, sugar mix is already out. What at the store is guaranteed to work?

My dog has had a really gross growth for several years now and today I found maggots in it 🤢 So we're heading to the Vet.
I have cut out as much fur as I could and scrubbed off a lot of them with chlorhexidine
