Everybody doesn't know that Chambers Street-Park Place-World Trade Center-Cortland Street are all the same station? While also being different from the 2 other Chambers Streets, the other World Trade Center, and World Trade Center Cortland?

I think we can get decently close with a half-system closure setup. Increase service significantly on half the trunks in Manhattan, and then use night buses to cover the gaps in the outer boroughs: 1drv.ms/w/c/566715f8...

This is something that the SEPTA Metro team got almost entirely right, to their credit. And the exceptions are all Regional Rail and all arguable.

This picture is from right now. I could take the 1 train instead, if it was running at Dyckman this weekend. This stuff happens to me every weekend alongside the surprise delays that somehow don’t manage to be reported in the mta app.
