At the Complex, this is done by hired outsiders. How much labor mages do for themselves in their protectorates - whether they're ever even sent out do to things away from their barracks in the capital - is completely a matter of culture/ the choice of their Haimar.
Some are very hands-on
Food is CRITICAL. Nothing'll kill morale more than bad food or worse, no food. So this #Juniplex question can be a bit loaded: food at home, food on the road, getting more food if needed.
Is there an dedicated cook for a team/unit? Is it a skill trained universally? Or something simply expected?
