RIP David Rosner
i took a class with him and Harold Markowitz in the mid-90s. It was tremendous fun—I was a total shit-stirrer and David always engaged with humor and appreciation.
this is a huge loss to all social historians of medicine

David Rutledge interviewed me about 'Spectacles of Waste' for ABC RN's Philosophers' Zone - now available as podcast. Also broadcast on RN this weekend. Trying to recall the book was like prepping for an exam. Hope I passed!

Often, it seems like there is no one in the world of public health who didn’t know David (and adore him)…” A lovely remembrance of David by Megan Wolff. @jackiantonovich.bsky.social
