You absolutely do not have to hand it to him, but I do think it’s genuinely good that there’s a steadily growing pile of Republican Senators and Congressmen who do not care about obeying the guy anymore.
I feel reasonably qualified to say that this prediction is bullshit. The UFC has directly linked itself with Trump for many years; he and cabinet members regularly appear at events and get a staged walkout. Anyone who was a fan but considered that a dealbreaker already stopped watching years ago.

The truth is this will be a huge boon to Paramount and the UFC by further mainstreaming the sport (which of course is why they are doing it). I doubt combat sports are super popular among Bluesky users, but many people like them, and this is a massive spectacle that will bring in curious viewers.
This is a serious concern. The fact vs. fictional nature of these issues has been blurred in the public’s mind ever since Spielberg’s groundbreaking documentary Jurassic Park. I hope he issues a badly needed correction about whether all the aliens are real.
