@mayor.nyc.gov Hope you're well, Mr. Mayor. I see on the news this morning that another carriage horse has collapsed and died in Central Park. He was 16 years old which may be old for a horse. It hurts my heart to see these horses in city traffic, pulling a heavy cart, passengers, in extreme heat
