2 old school ways to keep cool. Walk with an SPF umbrella, you have your own shade. Any little breeze can cool your head (as opposed to a hat).
Hand fans (Dollar Tree). Was at an outdoor game, my nephew teased me about the fan. So I fanned him, he was surprised how it helped & borrowed it!
