It's a cold, rainy afternoon; all other beings in the house are sleeping the chill away, while I'm wide awake and still perusing Curse of Strahd supplements because I am once again OBSESSED.
I can't WAIT for the players to make their characters so I can mine their backstories for dramatic twists.

Board game night tomorrow, also going to be using the opportunity to pitch a new TTRPG campaign.
While I'm going to give options of various systems and lengths, I just REALLY want to propose Curse of Strahd again.
I happen to know one of the players is a huge vampire fan, so fingers crossed 🤞
Of the three players in this campaign, we've already got a Blood Hunter and a Cleric lined up; third is still a newbie, so that'll come in Session Zero, though they are leaning towards tiefling.
I was worried that Blood Hunter might wreck shop in Barovia, but honestly? No more than a Paladin would.
