Way back in my 6502 Assembler era, spent days trying to find stack corruption when a subroutine wasn't returning but just falling through the RTS (return from subroutine) instruction. Ended up the RTS was in the Label column, not the OpCode column. A tab fixed it. Still feel dumb about that one
