Tomorrow I go to court to save the house I live in because somebody transferred the title that was originally split between 4 people to someone with $100k in medical debt, who died with a "100%" 1/4th share of the house. None of the other owner's names were transferred to the new deed.

It's an estate insolvency hearing.
We couldn't find a lawyer with an open schedule for this hearing. It's at 9 AM EST. Probate office said the previous estate case needs to be reopened. Will try to get a continuum so we can get an actual lawyer involved.
